What's Inside the Legalmiga Membership (And Who It's For)
You've seen the posts. You've been sitting on the waitlist. Maybe you've read three of my emails and thought, okay, but what am I actually getting? Fair.
This is the post I'd send a friend who asked me how my membership actually works. Everything laid out, pricing included, none of that "inquire for details" runaround. Here's what's inside the Legalmiga membership, who it's built for, and who should skip it.
Why I built a flat-fee legal membership in the first place
I started Legalmiga in 2019. First-gen, no lawyer in the family, and very much could not afford one myself when I was getting going. I knew exactly what it felt like to have legal questions and nowhere to put them that didn't cost $400 an hour.
So I built the thing 2019-me needed. Not a one-time template you download and hope you filled out right. Not a $5,000 corporate retainer either. A real ongoing relationship with an attorney, at a price an actual small business could plan around.
It's been running quietly with 57 members. This is the first time I'm opening the doors wider, and I wanted every detail in one place before I did.
What's included in the membership
Every tier is built around one idea: you get a lawyer you can actually reach, before problems start. Here's the core of it.
Unlimited legal questions and messaging access. The stuff you'd normally sit on for weeks because booking a whole consult felt like overkill. You just ask.
Contract drafts and reviews. Agreements built for your business, and a real set of eyes on anything before you sign it.
Trademark monitoring and brand protection. I watch for conflicts so you find out in month two, not month twenty. (Quick plain-english note: a trademark is the legal protection on the name or logo that identifies your brand. Monitoring means catching copycats and conflicts early, while they're still easy to handle.)
A quarterly brand exam. Four times a year we look at where your business actually is and whether your legal coverage still fits it.
Access to the Legalmiga Library, a $1,495 value on its own. Templates and resources you can use the day you join.
Priority response times, so "I have a quick legal question" doesn't sit in a void for a week.
Amiga vs. Jefa vs. VIP: the tier breakdown
Three tiers, because a brand-new solo founder and a business doing consistent five figures a month don't need the same thing.
Amiga is the entry point. Built for the founder who wants a lawyer on call and the essentials covered, without paying for what they won't use yet. Unlimited questions, library access, the foundational protection.
Jefa is where most growing businesses land. Everything in Amiga, plus deeper contract work and the trademark and brand protection turned all the way on. This is you if you're signing real contracts and building a name worth protecting.
VIP is the top tier, for the business that wants me closest. Fastest response times, the most hands-on contract and brand work, priority on everything.
Who the membership is for
I'd rather tell you honestly that this isn't for you than take your money and watch it go unused. So here's the real filter.
This is for you if you're:
An online business owner, creator, or service provider signing contracts and building a brand.
A first-gen founder without a lawyer in your corner, and without the family connections some people quietly started with.
Someone whose business is real and running, and who's tired of Googling legal questions and hoping for the best.
Who it's not for
This isn't the right fit if you're:
Looking for litigation or someone to take an active court case. That's a different kind of representation, and I'll tell you that straight.
Not actually in business yet. If there's nothing to protect, start there first and come back.
Just wanting one template, one time. The membership is a relationship. If you need a single download, buy the single download.
What it looks like when it works
A few member stories, details changed to keep things private.
One member came in and within two months we caught a trademark conflict brewing with another brand using a name close to hers. Because we found it early, it was a strategy conversation instead of a rebrand that would've cost her five figures and her audience.
Another told me the biggest change wasn't even a specific save. She finally stopped lying awake about her contracts. She sends them to me, I look, she signs. The low-grade dread just left.
A third had a big collaboration agreement land in her inbox. The other side's contract quietly assigned them the rights to her work. We caught it, rewrote it, and she kept what was hers. That one review paid for her membership many times over.
How to join (early access is open now)
Early access is live right now, and the founder rate is only around through 8/28. After that the doors close and reopen at launch at a different number.
